Job Summary
52 Duty Manager and Duty Officer: The Duty Manager is responsible for creating a high-quality living and meeting environment for guests and staff at Bayt Al Dhiyafah, the Patient Recovery Centre, guesthouses, on-call doctors’ facilities, and the Female Recreation Club. This role involves planning, organising, and overseeing housing, catering, and meeting services while upholding exceptional customer service, facility maintenance, and compliance with HMC policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, control, and monitor accommodations and meeting room allocations to maximise resource utilisation.
- Supervise check-in processes to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Coordinate catering requirements for guests and events.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on fixtures, fittings, and amenities.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Security, and Transportation to maintain service standards.
- Address guest complaints promptly and communicate feedback to senior management.
- Facilitate staff meetings to ensure team readiness for daily operations.
- Maintain databases for occupancy levels and generate management reports.
- Personally manage VIP guest experiences to ensure exceptional service.
- Organise staff training and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire procedures.

Educational Qualifications
