2. Nature of Recruitment Services
Khatri Tours & Travels operates as an authorized recruiting agent facilitating legitimate overseas employment demands approved by competent authorities.
- No Visa Guarantee: Visas, work permits, and entry clearances are sovereign decisions issued exclusively by the respective destination governments. While Khatri maintains high procedural compliance, no recruitment agency can guarantee visa issuance.
- Merit-Based Selection: Selections are made following client interviews and technical trade assessments. The final decision to hire rests with the prospective foreign employer.
- Verification of Documents: Candidates warrant that all submitted documents, certificates, and work experience claims are genuine and verifiable. Forgery or misrepresentation results in immediate disqualification and legal reporting.
3. Prohibition of Unauthorized Intermediaries
Khatri Tours & Travels does not appoint unauthorized freelance brokers, sub-agents, or roadside intermediaries. All candidate documentation, interviews, and payments must be processed directly through our registered office at Prema Niwas Shopping Centre, Bhandup (West), Mumbai. The agency accepts no liability for transactions entered into with unauthorized persons.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
The brand name “Khatri Tours & Travels,” our modernized emblem, and all proprietary text, guides, and articles published on this website are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized copying, mirroring, or reproduction is prohibited.
